Suhum Municipal Assembly is thrilled to announce the triumphant conclusion of the 69th Independence Day celebrations, held on March 6th, and hosted a memorable event that celebrated Ghana’s rich history and engaged the youth in crucial national conversations. This was a vibrant display of national pride and community spirit.
This year’s commemoration was particularly significant, featuring a dynamic Inter-Schools Debate focused on pressing national issues. Students from various schools within the municipality showcased their intellect, critical thinking skills, and passion for Ghana during the lively debates.
The 6th March celebrations in Suhum were a resounding success, the audience were immensely proud to see our students engage so actively in the Inter-Schools Debate. Their insightful discussions demonstrated their commitment to Ghana’s future and their ability to think critically about the issues that matter most.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of awards and certificates to the participating schools, recognizing their dedication and hard work.
